The stone massage is carried out with shamanic healing stones, lifting heaviness from the physical and the energetic body.
 
Being a masseuse, healer, and meditation teacher with a background in Psychology, my sessions are trauma aware, and my approach is gentle and holistic, with an understanding of the energy body, which incorporated with the breath, can bring about healing, relaxation and stress relief. 
 
This service takes place at a healing studio in Norwich or Lowestoft, I also take bookings for parties and events. I welcome you into a safe and sacred space for your massage.
